As others have said, the rooms are dated. However, ours had a bathroom with great shower pressure, some basic toiletries and sufficient towels. Heating (necessary in the winter) and Aircon. The sleeping area is on a wooden (laminated) floor, up a step from the entrance and you are to remove shoes. The room was very spacious but has no seating - there is a cabinet of sorts in traditional style for belongings and a large wardrobe - no hanging space so this seemed to be just to fill the space! There is a modern wardrobe in the lobby part of the room. No safe but a mini fridge and kettle with a few sachets of coffee/tea. No spoons were provided though! Bed was comfortable with memory foam pillows provided. Convenience store on ground floor open 24/7. Free shuttle bus operates hourly (one bus to each terminal) until 10pm. T2 is approx 15mins away and T1 is 5 minutes. To get into the city you need to take the bus to T1 then use the train. If returning after the last bus, look into using the Maglev train (T1) to Paradise Plaza (it goes to the long stay car park from where you walk to the hotel). Getting to the city takes an hour from the airport on the train, so this area is convenient for short stopovers. BWP is definitely not 'special' however! Staff were pleasant and had adaptor etc for loan. The room lacks socket space so you may well need an adaptor.

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm from T2 by taxi - a 15 minutes ride for 10 USD or so. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus, but I just missed one and did not want to wait. Check in was quick, efficient und friendly, no issues here. Yes, the room is a bit dated, but coming from Japan it's huge, and the bed is comfortable. I also found the bathroom to be perfectly adequate for one night, although a modernisation is overdue. Left the hotel at 7am next morning to T1 using the bus, which was great. I did not use any facilities of the hotel and did not have breakfast, it was just for sleeping. And that was quite an issue, because the windows are not soundproof. Gosh, it's an airport hotel, so that should be the first thing to take care of.

“Basic airport hotel”

Stayed for a night during a layover from Japan. Basic hotel, serves the intended purpose with limited amenities. Clean room, very clean bedding and basic, but clean washroom with limited toiletries. This is one of those places that serve the intended purpose - overnight stay for layovers and crews.
