We chose this hotel because of its location close to the airport. The hotel provides free airport shuttle starting 5am, which is just right for our flight scheduled at 7.40am the next morning. The hotel is right next to the Unseo station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, which is great for last minute shopping, you will find Olive Young and even a Lotte Mart just across the street. The room is spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided.

“Ok stay if you’re between flights”

This hotel is a good stay if you need to overnight near the airport. The good points: the shuttle is free & dependable (if not very frequent), the rooms are a good size, there’s a Japanese toilet & a very good and hot shower. An Olive Young K-beauty store is right next door (show your passport for tax free savings) as is a very good & authentic bbq restaurant. Breakfast is copious and good. The down sides: staff barely speak English & are not helpful, check out is at 12 & when we asked to stay an extra’1/2 hour before we could get our shuttle we were told we’d be charged extra; breakfast ends at 9!am (tho you can sit for another 30 minutes before they turn off the lights so you’ll leave). Overall I’d say it’s an average stay, not somewhere I’d want to use as a base to explore Seoul but fine if you are in between flights.

“Fair”

The location of the hotel is not nice just sometimes in between the city - they have a free airport shuttle- the rooms are quite big, but a bit understand not very nice designed - bedding is ok

Stayed for one night here due to a super early flight to Japan in the morning. I’d arrived from central Seoul approximately 30 minutes earlier than the check in time. Stayed for one night here due to a super early flight to Japan in the morning. I’d arrived from central Seoul approximately 30 minutes earlier than the check in time. The young lady on reception seemed irked by my 30 minute early approach to her. No checking to see if my room “might” be ready or any friendly approach to dealing with customers by this young female receptionist and I was unceremoniously sent away until the check in time. Sitting in the lobby there were about 15 other people all waiting to check in. At least she had parity with her disdain of customers. Not the end of the world so I went to the lobby coffee bar and bought what transpired to be a thimbleful of coffee in a paper cup. Again service was unfriendly and perfunctory and lacking in any kind of customer focused approach but I guess I had interrupted the girl on her mobile phone. I was the only customer. An actual ceramic cup may have been pleasant as I was sitting at the bar and it certainly wasn’t a 7/11 coffee price. Room is wonderful. Large, clean & airy with excellent wi fi & air con. Lots of restaurants, shops and cafes nearby. As my flight was super early I got a taxi to the airport instead of the airport shuttle as it started too late for me. Great hotel let down by unfriendly young female staff.
