Stayed at this hotel for recent business trip to Seoul. On the whole, it was a good stay with a comfortable room, which had all the amenities that you needed to make it comfortable for a business traveller. The service was good and front desk also was very efficient. As it relates to the food, I tried some room service for breakfast, and then I had a buffet breakfast on one morning. It was nice overall. Nothing fancy but as you’d expect from a business hotel. Hotel was located quite well in Gangnam district with easy access to a number of restaurants and a little bit of shopping. If there is just one thing I’d like to note, it’s that the room was a little bit smaller than I would have expected at that price point, but having said that it was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was on point. Bathroom had everything you needed (except a dental kit as apparently that is not provided as per a law in Korea!).

“Best stay closer to Commercial hub”

Previledged to stay in this hotel for a short duration. The hotel staff was kind and supportive. Rooms clean and suit for a solo traveller. Accomodation is closer to city center and public transport. Helpdesk is very cooperative and room service was quick too. Food was excellent !

I enjoyed the the Premier Lounge by AC Hotel Seoul Gangnam and AC Kitchen Lounge: It is on the Lobby floor presenting Refreshments and Happy Hour with diverse menu. - Free access (2 adults) for Titanium and Ambassador as well as Suite guests + Additional guest: 38K KRW - Complimentary Evening Hors D'oeuvres and unlimited Wine service: 17:30 - 19:30 Considering room rate, the complimentary use of this Premier Lounge is a good benefit! Even though there aren't many kinds of food, it is enough to enjoy wine in a cozy ambience.

“I admired the cost control!”

The location is good, almost adjacent to Yeoksam station exit 4 and a short walk to Gangnam station if you wanted to. Quite a few convenience stores opposite as well as local eateries. The location is good, almost adjacent to Yeoksam station exit 4 and a short walk to Gangnam station if you wanted to. Quite a few convenience stores opposite as well as local eateries. The hotel is very modern and fresh as you would expect. Breakfast is not a benefit for elite Bonvoy members in AC hotels. It was worth paying for as the buffet selection is great, with a wide selection of local and western-oriented food available. There are two lounges available: one was quite basic, with room key entry and tea/coffee, the other more restricted entry that had two happy hours each evening, and you had to have a ticket that you could use for one of them. I didn't use any of mine but it looked like there were some drinks and hors d'oeuvres. It was quite clever that there were two sessions with a gap in between. You can open your windows at the hotel even on 19th floor. The air con was turned off centrally though and my room was a constant 24c without the window open. There was also this antivirus air purifier which started blasting every time I moved so I unplugged it, but nevertheless there was fresh air coming into the room from somewhere all night even with the AC off. On arrival I think I was upgraded from a lower floor to 19th floor. I was offered a paid upgrade to another type of room but I declined. I thought my room was on the small side, and it was identical to my friend's room a few floors lower. It was I think cluttered with a chair and a table that was not quite a desk. Also, it seemed odd that the room had an "outsized" bed so it was very wide. There were three dressing gowns in the room. I don't know if they expected three adults would be sharing the bed! I would rather have had a smaller bed so the room was less cramped. I did notice that the hotel was good at cost control eg air con off, one cup of coffee to go at breakfast if you wanted it you had to ask for a paper cup, paid upgrade, lounge access control, happy hour vouchers. If there had been two people sharing it would have felt too cramped. I still felt this way on my own. I think that a longer stay would have been too much at this property and one or two nights would be enough. Even so, it was as advertised. I've stayed at ACs before and liked it more. I probably would think of somewhere else next time, mainly because of the room. The staff were fine.
