Spa receptionist Donghee씨 외에 모든 분들, Sauna에서 묵묵히 챙겨주시는 오경신 이모님, 아침, 저녁식사 언제든지 나를 기다리던 정말 있는 음식들, 심지어 룸서비스조차 최고의 퀄리티였고 배달해 주는 모든 분들의 친절도 잊지 못한다. 호텔은 단순히 잠만 자는 곳이 아니고 마음을 쉬게 해주는 쉼을 주는 곳이라는 것을 다시한번 알게해준, 나의 고향이라는 것을 느끼게 해준 안다즈팀에게 마음깊은 고마음을 전한다. 최고의 위치 때문만이 아니어도 겸손함과 프로다운 이들의 친절 때문이라도 다음 번 방문을 기약하게 되었다. A hotel can offer much more than just a place to sleep. We call that hospitality—the kind of service that warmly cares for people and makes them feel seen. The team at Andaz reminded me of the true meaning of that word. Even when cultures and languages differ from country to country, genuine gestures of care and consideration have the power to touch people's hearts. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Managers Andrew Bae and Jay Jung, who did not give up despite difficult circumstances and patiently worked to secure a room for me while showing exceptional thoughtfulness and care. Their kindness was reflected throughout the entire front desk team, including Ellie Gil, Kyle, Kelvin, and Sunny, as well as the spa receptionist, Donghee, and all the other staff members. I am also deeply grateful to Ms. Kyung-shin Oh in the sauna, who quietly and consistently looked after guests with such warmth and dedication. The food was always excellent, whether at breakfast or dinner. It felt as though every meal was prepared with care and waiting just for me. Even the room service was of the highest quality, and I will not forget the kindness of everyone who delivered it. This stay reminded me that a hotel is not simply a place to sleep—it is a place where the mind and heart can find rest. The Andaz team made me feel truly at home, and for that I am profoundly grateful. Beyond its exceptional location, it is the humility, professionalism, and genuine kindness of the people here that make me look forward to returning on my next visit. “Another pleasant stay”

stayed here for family trip. Have stayed in the past and continue to be impressed by the staff and location. stayed here for family trip. Have stayed in the past and continue to be impressed by the staff and location. The hotel seems to get even more popular than before and it could get VERY hectic (popular by Western tourists as well as locals) but things are managed better than expected. Swimming pool is pretty impressive given where the hotel is situated (i can imagine the lot is pretty challenging to build a hotel let alone pool) and my family thoroughly enjoyed it (also amazing that they are open super late). 2 small issues- 1) bath tub in Andaz suite bath tub drain stopper is very easy to be activated (just a button) and during bath, I had water drained multiple times accidentally 2) spa / sauna has no clock anywhere so it was difficult to thoroughly enjoy (especially since I'm not allowed to have my phone with me in spa). as globalist, it's always difficult to choose between GH and Andaz Seoul but my recent experience is that Andaz simply is a better hotel location/ value wise. would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the service was excellent. Every request was handled promptly, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We truly appreciate their excellent service.
