“Stuffy & Old”
The hotel is old, stuffy & dusty. There is no general area at the lobby to move about and the dining area is just stuffy. “You wouldn't choose this unless no other option is available.”
In spite of an upgrade, there are several basic things that were not working. Front counter was kind and responsive but the cleaning staff spoke neither English nor Korean. The place smells bad. It caters to budget tour groups.
