The hotel is very clean, with spacious rooms. Service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is small, but we didn’t need to use it, so this wasn’t an issue. The location is also excellent — close to City Hall Station (Exit 9) and within walking distance (if you enjoy walking) to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong Market. We also walked to Gyeongbokgung Palace, which took about 25 minutes. There is Royal Palace less than 10min walk from the hotel. There are quite a few cafes where you can have breakfast and coffee. There are on the same road where Metro City Hall, Exit 9 is. There are many roads around the hotel so it can get confusing. We didn’t use the pool or the gym, but we did use the laundry room, which was very efficient. There are two washers and two dryers. Each wash and each dry cost 5,000 KRW (approximately £2.50). Liquid detergent and fabric softener are available for 500 KRW each. You’ll need to have cash for these. The machines are quite large; we were able to fit in all our clothes. I used the quick cycle for washing (37 minutes) and the high-intensity dryer setting (1 hour and 5 minutes), though the drying time may vary depending on the load. Very efficient dryer. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. We took the train (Metro) from Incheon Airport to City Hall station. It was very straightforward (there is a stop change, though). Very good price, about 5,500 KRW (about £3). Exit 9 of City Hall Station is very close to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Stayed here 3 nights in a room that had 2 beds and a little couch area. Plenty of space for 2 of us, spotlessly clean, pretty quiet (there was some construction nearby that got going about 8 AM). Fresh linens, considerate housekeeping, a kettle for tea or coffee, good air conditioning, friendly and professional front desk staff. Easy walk to restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, and the City Hall subway station and nearby bus stops. We took the subway from Seoul Station to City Hall station, strategically chose our exit, and walked to the hotel with luggage-- not the shortest walk, but you could easily catch a taxi at Seoul station to the hotel (cabs are relatively inexpensive in Seoul).

Pros: good location, a few minutes from seoul station and city hall, spacious rooms. Modern rooms, English channels on the tv. Cons: room was advertised as having city views, but it only had a small window, had to climb on top of the chair to see anything outside. Floors and furniture dark, so the small window made the room pretty dark. Not worth using the pool or the gym as they are located in the basement and they're just very basic. No changing rooms, have to get ready in a small hallway. The shower is opening on the pool area directly, both for men and women, so if it's busy, not much privacy. In the room- No door to the toilet, i understand to have the sink or shower open, but not the toilet. There is sliding door separting the bedroom and the hallway&bathroom. We've stayed in another hotel in Seoul and the facilities and the presentation were so much better. Overall, the hotel didn't meet our expectations.

The front desk staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub, even if it was mostly lukewarm, and the gym was adequate. The front desk staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub, even if it was mostly lukewarm, and the gym was adequate. The heater in the room would go off every 90 minutes and wake us all up - sounds like something was stuck in the vent that made it sound like a helicopter was taking off in the room. We tried turning it off but it would always turn back on.
