Good hotel, well located in an area that is convenient to the subway, main shopping and restaurants etc. Room was clean, bed comfortable , bathroom shower had good pressure . “Location, clean and professional what more?”
While not located in the middle of Myeongdong it's only a short walk. Alternatively you can go to City Hall Station and catch line 2 or line 4 and a little further away is Seoul Station.
