To be honest, it wasn't the hotel I thought I was staying, but it served me well. The only disadvantage is that is is further away from the central part of Seoul, like Myeongdong, but still walkable. The room was rather tight, especially with two big suitcases, but manageable. I loved the view from two opposite sides of the room, straight up from the street. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and courteous.

在三月初的時候入住，有4個房間，其中一個房間給錯了，不知道是不是double check-in，同事打開門之後發現門上的鏈子被卡住了，裡面還有其他的住客已經入住了，我們都能很清楚的聽到那個房間裡面有人在說話的聲音，就算是把門關上之後在走廊上也都聽得到，當時那個房間是六號房，後來我們下去告知櫃檯的人員這個房間似乎是給錯了，他們卻告訴我們只是房卡的日期設定錯誤，我們更新房卡就可以，接著便重新寫了一張房卡的號碼給了我們別的房卡，如果只是房卡的日期設定錯誤，為什麼會換了一個房間號碼呢？之後我們發現我們其中一個房間卡失效了，我們去櫃檯詢問他們說把我們所有的房間的日期都設定成一樣的，但是這並不是我們真實… more

Later, we went downstairs to inform the front desk staff that the room seemed to be assigned incorrectly, but they told us it was just a date setting error on the room key. They said we could just update the room key, and then they rewrote a new room key with a different room number for us. If it was just a date setting error on the room key, why did they change the room number? Later, we found that one of our room keys had stopped working. We asked the front desk, and they said they had set the dates for all our rooms to be the same. But that wasn’t our actual checkout date, and the breakfast voucher dates were wrong too. It’s a bit frustrating! Now, I hope you can provide me with an invoice detailing my stay. I’ve already sent multiple emails to the email address on the hotel business card I got from the front desk, but I haven’t received any replies. Yesterday and today, I sent emails to other email addresses I found on the official website. Please help confirm. 저희는 3월 초에 체크인했는데, 방 4개를 예약했지만 그중 한 방이 잘못 배정됐어요. 더블 체크인인지 모르겠네요. 제 동료가 문을 열었는데 문에 체인 잠금장치가 걸려 있었고, 안에 이미 다른 투숙객이 체크인해 있었어요. 그 방 안에서 사람들이 말하는 소리를 분명히 들을 수 있었어요. 문을 닫고 복도에 있어도 들렸죠. 그때 그 방은 6호실이었어요. 나중에 저희가 내려가서 프론트 데스크 직원에게 이 방이 잘못된 것 같다고 말했더니, 방 키의 날짜 설정 오류라고 하더라고요. 방 키를 업데이트하면 된다고 해서 다른 방 번호로 새 방 키를 다시 발급해 줬어요. 만약 방 키의 날짜 설정 오류였다면, 왜 방 번호를 바꿨을까요? 나중에 저희 방 키 중 하나가 작동하지 않는 걸 발견했어요. 프론트에 물어보니 모든 방의 날짜를 똑같이 설정했다고 하더라고요. 하지만 그건 저희 실제 체크아웃 날짜가 아니었고, 조식 이용권 날짜도 잘못됐어요. 좀 어이가 없네요! 이제 숙박에 대한 상세 청구서(invoice)를 제공해 주셨으면 좋겠어요. 저는 이미 여러 번 이메일을 보냈는데, 프론트 데스크에서 받은 호텔 명함에 적힌 이메일 주소로 보냈는데, 답장이 전혀 오지 않았어요. 어제와 오늘 공식 웹사이트에서 다른 이메일 주소를 찾아서 또 보냈으니, 확인 좀 도와주세요.
