From July 3 to July 7, 2026, I stayed at ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the rooms are comfortable, the beds and bedding are of excellent quality, and the location is perfect. Many of Seoul's most famous attractions, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores are within walking distance, and transportation to both Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport is very convenient. I also appreciated the hotel's strong focus on guest safety. What impressed me the most, however, was the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about the guests. I would especially like to thank James from the reception team, who was working on July 7, 2026. On the morning of our departure, I lost one of my earrings—a precious gift from my husband that I have worn every day for almost 20 years. I searched the room, the elevator, and every place I had walked that morning but could not find it. One hotel employee even offered to search the room with me again, and the reception team immediately started helping. With only a short time left before leaving for the airport, I had almost lost hope. Then, just minutes before our departure, James came running after us with my missing earring, which had been found in the elevator. It truly felt like a small miracle. I am sincerely grateful to James and the entire hotel team for their professionalism, sense of responsibility, genuine care, and excellent organization. Having worked in management for many years myself, I know that a team like this does not happen by chance. It reflects excellent leadership, carefully selected staff, high service standards, and a true culture of hospitality. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels around the world, so I truly have something to compare this with. It is people like James and the rest of the team who turn a good hotel into an unforgettable one. I wholeheartedly recommend ibis Ambassador Seoul Insadong to anyone visiting Seoul. When I return to this wonderful city, I will definitely stay here again.

“Good value in an unbeatable location!”

This is a simple hotel with compact rooms, but it is clean and has pleasant staff. More importantly, it is perfectly located in the heart of the city. It is also reasonably priced for such a central location where many great attractions can be reached on foot, making it an excellent choice!
