The price is cheap, around $32 per night and the room is relatively spacious compared to other guesthouses. An XL luggage can open on the space on the floor with some space left to walk around. There's a TV, ref, electric kettle, hairdryer, liquid body soap, shampoo, conditioner, small bath towel, bathroom slippers, clothes rack w/ hangers, extension cord, mirror. They provide Seoul maps & tour flyers as well as hot and cold drinking water. Elevator in the building. BUT the place is old, some mold on the tile grout & slippers, hair on the brush, fluorescent light cover is missing, dusty underneath the bed though not on the main floor, no change of sheets or bedroom cleaning. Bed is comfortable but pillow is thin. We never used the TV so don't know if it works. Window doesn't open. There was a cockroach in the bathroom one time and another in the hallway. There was a computer in the hallway but I don't know if it works. The morning we checked out, we were knocking at their office for almost 2 hours and no one ever came out. We needed help to book a taxi to the airport so if you need one, you must do it at least 24 hours prior your departure. Theres a jokbal, bibimbap and great chicken restaurant at the ground floor of the building. An Ediya Coffeeshop and Starbucks a few meters away. Sinseoldong Exit 2 (elevator and stairs exit) is just in front of the building. There is a bus stop across the street but the airport bus is a block away.

The residence is located infront of the elevator of sinseldong station in the middle of exit 2 and 3. The floor heating system is not good. There are parts that are still very cold. The residence is located infront of the elevator of sinseldong station in the middle of exit 2 and 3. The floor heating system is not good. There are parts that are still very cold. They have bed electric warmer. The room is good enough. No bath towels but they have face towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. They have free bread, cereals, milk and coffee for break fast. There are no shops around the area. Please ask the staff the exact location for loading for aiport bus. The instruction posted on the elevator is not helpful. We walked around for hours but failed to find the airport bus station. The bus stop infront is for unloading only. We just take the train going to the airport. The staff is very helpful and speak English so well. He help us find discounted ticket in Lotte World.
