The resort exudes an atmosphere that is both opulent and welcoming. Housing 429 rooms and suites, ranging in size from 40 to 277 square meters, The Shilla Jeju offers breathtaking mountain, ocean, and garden views. My stay was in a Premier Room with a garden view, featuring refined furnishings, a plush king-size bed, a spacious sitting area, and an expansive desk. A flat-screen TV, a well-stocked bar, and an integrated closet add to the convenience, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, single washbasin, and a small TV. Molton Brown toiletries, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an attentive turndown service with water and chocolates enhance the experience, though the terrace view—overlooking the garden and a neighboring hotel—was less remarkable compared to other vantage points within the resort. Dining at The Shilla Jeju is an indulgent affair. The Parkview restaurant, the resort's all-day buffet venue, presents an extraordinary breakfast selection of fresh fruit juices, premium cold cuts, home-baked pastries, and a variety of international and Asian hot dishes. Its offerings extend to lunch and dinner, showcasing fresh seafood, premium meats, seasonal vegetables, and exceptional desserts. The expertly prepared beef steak and artisanal homemade ice cream, elegantly coated with white chocolate and matcha, made for a particularly memorable meal. “Beautiful property”

Driving up to this property you can feel how elegant and grand it is. It's sprawling. It was in a great location to walk to the Botanic Garden, the Cheonjeyeon Falls, and many other local hot spots. Driving up to this property you can feel how elegant and grand it is. It's sprawling. It was in a great location to walk to the Botanic Garden, the Cheonjeyeon Falls, and many other local hot spots. We did have some issues. The rooms were very dated and could use a refresh. The air conditioner never cooled our room and it was very hot. All of the restaurants close at 10 but you cannot order food after 9. This was unfortunate because we arrived late and wanted food. We finally ate at the bar. The pools were very crowded. The locker room could have been nicer. The breakfast buffet was nice and the food quality was good but not great.

This hotel is great for families and larger group. It's one of the biggest resort in Jeju also one of the oldest 5 star. The grounds is huge with a lot of trails connecting to the beach and resorts next to it. It is a little outdated and older but their service is top notched and great for FAMILY … more

The grounds is huge with a lot of trails connecting to the beach and resorts next to it. It is a little outdated and older but their service is top notched and great for FAMILY fun. Also the there are a lot of food restaurant option on site but it is $$$$. If you are a couple looking for a quiet tranquil getaway i would stay here.
