My Girlfriend and I were sold when we saw the view Utop had to offer over the sandy beach during Lowtide. We were in Jeju for 3 days during our vacation and transportation was easy. This part of Jeju didn't feel very foreign tourist friendly. The front desk spoke English and was very helpful.
