“Good hotel”
Overnighter on a motorcycle tour, good secure garage, rooms fine, staff excellent, very central, good rates, easy to find. It has air conditioning and all the usual amenities you expect of a Spanish Hotel. Nice and warm though November!

“Very nice hotel”
A very nice hotel for a one night stay, very clean room right in the center, easy to get a restaurant near by. with private parking, only the breakfast could be improved. staff is helpful and friendly.

“Convenient and comfortable”
Don't expect period charm: Los Castanos is a modern hotel that does the essential things extremely well. It's good value, comfortable and clean and well run. The staff we met didn't speak English but were helpful and efficient and we were able to park in the street outside. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a good position near the town centre and the caves. There is street parking if you can get a spot , if not, the hotel has a parking garage for which they charge 7 euros a night.
