“Comida Casera at its finest!”
A second and third visit to the new restaurant at the Posada (now named the Rincon de la Posada). Food as excellent as the first time in March when it was just opened. Fantastic canalones, both meat and veg versions, and plenty more besides. Well done Carol, Xavi and Romi...see you when we next in… more

“A great new addition to Montejaque - evening dining at Posada del Fresno.”
We had the great pleasure of dining in the very newly opened restaurant at the Posada del Fresno. Fantastic home style food - a small menu but tasty, fresh and with an interesting nod to Catalunya, where the lovely chef and her family are from. Buena seurte a todos!

“A 5* hostel! ”
If you are staying in the area, this is the place to go. Comfortable, clean and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend the breakfasts too! A 5* hostel in the middle of the Sierra de Ronda.

“Rustic hospitality”
We had a lovely welcome from our hostess, a really genuine greeting. The rooms are around the central courtyard with space to sit outside and chat to other guests. The rooms are compact but the beds are comfortable and of course you are not spending a fortune to stay here !
