“Great stay”

“A good location”
The hotel is in a good location, easy walking to the Plaza del Arenal. There are lots of bars on the way. We had a superior room for 2 nights, with a kettle and a fridge. The room overlooked a square. There is garage parking at the hotel. Good value.

“Good for the price”
Nice hotel , good location. Reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Not 5 stars as I would have liked a kettle in the room and for a hotel of this size I expect a bar not just drinks to buy in the lobby. Lots of restaurants nearby.

“Basic”
We stayed for just one night, and overall were disappointed. The receptionist was lovely and professional on check-in. The location is also really good. However, the room was basic, and overall the hotel could do with an upgrade. The breakfast spread was also disappointing. It certainly doesn't fee… more
