“Great service!”
Great service! Esther was amazing. There was an issue with the room, and she immediately called to let us know she had arranged another room in a different hotel of the same chain—and even upgraded us. She was diligent, polite, and genuinely caring. They are lucky to have her!

“Nice hotel but not a great experience”
It's in a good location however, the emergency light kept turning on and off, in our room, from 4am to 6am on the first night. The lights were flickering in the room the next evening also.
