We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Málaga. Everything was simply perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The hotel is located in a very quiet and relaxing area, with everything you need on site. We enjoyed it so much that we barely left the hotel because we loved everything about it. A very special thank you to the activation team Iván, Cris, Andrea, Hugo, and Elena. They are full of energy, incredibly kind, and truly outstanding at what they do. They interacted so naturally with the children, making every activity fun and engaging. Their enthusiasm, positivity, and dedication made our holiday even more special. Our daughters, Stephanie and Aria, absolutely fell in love with all of them. They spent hours every day dancing, playing games, coloring, and taking part in all the activities with them. They made them feel so happy, welcomed, and excited every single day, creating memories they’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you to the entire hotel team for such a fantastic experience! We can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful vacation that exceeded all our expectations! First off, I should mention that the hotel is located very close to the airport—just a 10 to 15-minute drive. For a family like ours with two kids, getting to the hotel almost immediately after landing was an incredible plus. At first glance, the entrance from the parking lot might make you wonder a bit, but as soon as the doors open, you are amazed by the Spanish design and the direct sea view. We arrived quite late, and to make sure we didn't miss dinner, the front desk allowed us to go eat while they handled our check-in documents. We highly appreciated this gesture, especially since we had two tired and hungry kids after a 4-hour flight. Our room had a partial sea view and was very spacious, featuring two double beds and a minimalist design with details that remind you of the local area, Sol – Costa del Sol. We had half-board (breakfast and dinner) included. The food was delicious and varied, the restaurant conditions were excellent, and everything was clean, with the waiters being extremely attentive to ensure a flawless experience. Those who complain about the food quality, variety, or service are talking nonsense and probably eat nothing but potatoes at home. The pool area is very well-maintained, with green grass and sun loungers. If loungers were left occupied for no reason, the staff would leave a little note warning that towels would be removed if guests reserved them without actually using them. There is also a mini kids' area with daily activities and very friendly, fun animators. This kids' zone is located right next to the terrace, so adults can catch their breath with a cold drink while the children enjoy playing. We spent an exceptionally beautiful and relaxing week. Both the hotel and the beach are in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle. Admittedly, families with children might appreciate a slightly larger pool with a mini-slide. We will definitely return for another relaxing and fairytale holiday!

My booking included a dinner supplement for the hotel's buffet restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant, I discovered that there was also an à la carte menu, which was not included in the buffet package. I just thought I'd ask the waiter whether the amount I had already paid for the buffet could by chance be deducted from the à la carte bill. He said no, but explained that reception could issue a voucher so that the prepaid buffet dinner could be exchanged for a lunch or dinner on another day. That evening I chose the à la carte restaurant and spent €178 there. Afterwards, the receptionist kindly issued me a voucher (with no date) for a lunch. The following morning, when checking out, I told another receptionist, Esther, that I would use the voucher during my next stay, as I will be returning to this hotel weekly over the coming months. She flatly refused, insisting that the voucher had to be used that very day. She repeatedly described it as "a gift from the hotel". Calling it a gift simply makes no sense: I paid for two dinners, including a very generous €178 dinner in the hotel's restaurant. What made the situation particularly unpleasant Esther's attitude that must simply be described as rude and improper. Instead of listening, she kept repeating the same statement over and over again. She also insisted that her colleagues had told me exactly the same thing, even though she had not spoken to any of them. In other words, she dismissed my account entirely and effectively suggested that I was not telling the truth. Unlike her colleagues, all of whom are exceptionally and genuinely kind and professional, Esther simply does not possess the social skills for this job.
