“Fantastic base in Seville!”

I visited Room00 Salvador with my two young children in March. We booked via hotels.com and stayed in the deluxe room. The hotel is on a pedestrianised street 2 minutes walk from Metropol Parasol (Setas de Sevilla). A taxi from the airport costs approximately €30. We arrived earlier than the check-in time of 3PM. You can either check in yourself online using the iPads or check in at the 24 hour reception desk. We had a short wait until our room was ready and hung out in the communal area - light, airy, plenty of seating and charging ports along with the vending machine and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room (206) on the second floor did not disappoint. There were 4 bunks and a spacious double, perfect for larger families. The room was spotlessly clean and had a lovely French balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. WiFi in the room was fast. The shower had great water pressure too. Heating/air con is pre-set by reception, there is a contact number provided should you wish to alter the settings. The rooftop terrace is a lovely addition, especially in the warmer months! Room00 was a great location to see everything we planned to visit. There was an abundance of fantastic eateries in the local area. The furthest “attraction” we went to was Plaza de España which took around 25-30 mins to walk to. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, we had a fantastic stay. With a well planned itinerary 3 days was enough time to explore Seville. We used Get Your Guide for the majority of our excursions.

The Room00 properties are generally excellently run (with the exception of Room00 València), supported by outstanding staff across different locations - Room00 Sevilla Salvador (Pablo, Rafa) ❗️ Room00 València It is the shared experience of many foreign guests that the entire front desk team at Room00 València requires a serious overhaul. There have been practices reported involving differential pricing based on gender, as well as racism. This is deeply shocking & unacceptable. … As opposed, the team at Room00 Sevilla Salvador takes stands against racism, providing a warm, safe & inclusive community.

“Great location”

Location was perfect, staffs were so caring and kind. Breakfast was not good enough so I headed out for eating breakfast. I stayed in a 8 bedroom dorm which was good but in compare with other hostels with 8 beds was a little tiny and less space to move. Totally satisfied.

“Good reception team”

I made a reservation for a feminine 4 bed room. The room was dirty and the linen smelled bad. I made a reservation for a feminine 4 bed room. The room was dirty and the linen smelled bad. I reported the situation to reception and Rafael in the evening and Maria in the morning we're very helpful and sorted the problem. Special mention to Rafael, who is very polite, patient and helpful. The only problem in this hostel is the cleanliness standards. Hopefully the management will realize that they really need to improve the housekeeping department.
