“Great Hotel”
The hotel is lovely, staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms are large and very clean. In general the hotel is clean and well managed. The restaurant is super, good food, good price and staff are very helpful. Very welcoming for dogs and all round good value

“Amazing reception staff......”
I've been to the hotel a few times whilst doing trackdays at Motorland Aragon. It's a pleasant hotel with a reasonably priced restaurant and bar. Unfortunately the shower in our room didn't function correctly and despite the staff's best efforts could not be made to work. This was quite importan… more

“Group Booking: fantastic team”
Have been working with the Ciudad on a large group booking. The team are professional, helpful and friendly - completely unflappable with anything thrown at them. Would highly recommend them if you’re planning an event in the area.

“Below average breakfast buffet, quite a bit below.”
Oh dear, very poor breakfast I'm afraid. 2/10 at best. One coffee machine, no hot water boiler, food not replenished. Rooms are fine, location is fine, food is not.
