“Excellence”
This is an exceptional hotel. Why do I say this? Because the staff are outstanding: friendly, very helpful, and professional. Especially Emilio, Maribel and Antonio. Oh, and secondly, it is in the Historic centre of Zaragoza. I enjoyed staying 5 nights there.

“Top of tops! Fantastic place”
Fantastic place to stay. Great location, cozy functional room, extremely clean, great service and collaboration from staff plus they offer delicious breakfast & coffee. Will come back to Zaragoza and will certainly stay in Hotel Sauce again. Highly recommend it!

“Wonderful hotel”
This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are light and airy and very clean. The staff are terrific and all seem to speak English really well. “One night in Z Town”
The staff is lovely. Our room had a funky shape and the AC didn't flow as well, but they were very accommodating and offered to change the room. IN the end, the AC worked perfectly well. The food in the restaurant was great!
