“Nice large hostel, clean and helpful host”
Nice hostel, good value for money, with plenty of hot showers and good cooking facilities. Next to supermarket but located up from Bilbao old town so a bit of a hike up the hill. Only 500m from Bilbao metro. Would stay here again if travelling through Bilbao

“Kitchen should not be locked”
The only suggestion I would give it is to leave the kitchen open. They close the kitchen with a lock at 23:00 and if you arrive late after an excursion, you can not eat or warm anything up because the microwave is inside the kitchen.
