“Wonderful stay”
Wonderful hotel with really welcoming, friendly staff. Under 5 minute walk from the centre of the old town. Lovely rooftop pool area and also a great indoor spa with jacuzzi pool, steam room & sauna. A really relaxing stay, Will definitely stay again if we return to Bilbao.

“Fabulous Hotel”
Great visit here, rooms were very clean. Staff exceptional. Breakfast great. Faultless in every way, reception staff friendly everywhere inside immaculately clean, wellness club amazing and clearly not worried about electric bill because it was hot the sauna the steam the water and the cleaning staff friendly so thank you all
