“Great customer service!”
Meant to visit Bilbao for Euro 2020, my flights and games were cancelled. Not a single problem with cancellation my reservation. Very friendly staff, helped to sort it all out. Hope to visit you in a future!

“Amazing staff”
Had a booking in ekoos hostel for the Eurocup 2020 and it was non refundable. I asked the hostel for a free cancelation as the matches were postponed and they were beyond understanding, offering a full refund. Will certainly consider them for next year!
