“Excellent hotel, staff, and location”
The hotel was amazing. Great service. Good rooms and a cool car elevator. No complaints at all . Architecture was also cool as well the location, right next to the Guggenheim

“Great option for cool city”
Great hotel - perfect location for us - literally next door to the Guggenheim, 15-20 min walk to old town area. All Employees - particularly from desk super helpful. Breakfast with tons of options. Room was great - we had a view of the river which we liked. Would heartily recoomend

“Good but could be better”
Check in was so slow and some much paper work it was a really slow process. Staff were fine but seemed to take ages to check in. Room was ready early which was a positive.
