“Great location great staff”
Great location especially with the “secret” lift. We had a suite so had two separate areas which was great when traveling with a teenager. Staff made it perfect very personably and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

“5 star service at 4 star prices”
All staff in every area couldn’t do enough to help. We have one observation in the dining room in the evening, there are two many lights left on and so it lacks intimacy and ambiance, however the food and staff are excellent. “A great stay”
Everything was great. Great location, great comfortable room, great service, great breakfast and restaurant. Location is perfect with left to go to the center of the town. And our dog was welcome too. We truly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this hotel in San Sebastián.

“An enjoyable stay”
Enjoyed the views from our room, the helpful staff and the top notch spa. The restaurant was a bit soulless though and the floor in our room was springy.
