“Great for a family”

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Extremely well located, very clean and luxurious. Excellent aircon (important in summer) refreshing pool and great staff. Breakfast was also excellent.

Just got back from this magnificent hotel. Where to begin? The whole hotel is finished to a fabulous standard. Our room was immaculate. The view from the roof terrace is absolutely breathtaking. The staff are incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. I usually don’t book breakfast at a hotel, particularly in somewhere like San Sebastián, where the food is already exceptional. We had breakfast on the first day and booked it again every day for the remainder of our trip. Superb! Can’t thank the staff enough and we will 100% be returning. Thank you again.

As a fairly well travelled family, we know a good hotel when we find one and this is a good hotel (rooms, beds, air con, toiletries, location, breakfast, gym, service, staff). However, one of the main reasons for this review is our family became ill with a gastro virus and the staff at the hotel looked after us very well under difficult circumstances. Not all hotels would have done this, but this hotel did. I fully recommend this hotel, not only is it excellent but you can rely on staff to help you and go that bit extra when you really need it. “Beautiful hotel experience in San Sebastián”

Upscale hotel in San Sebastián, the rooms were comfortable and modern. A buffet breakfast was included with our room. The options, from fruits that were ripe and delicious, omelets cooked to order, a self serve coffee machine that with a touch of a button filled your cup with cappuccino, espresso, americano all hot and delicious early in the morning. Cheeses and meats, bacon, sausage and assorted pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice at the touch of a button. Take the elevator to the rooftop terrace, exit left- a shallow pool, with chaise lounges to relax, have a drink and enjoy the beautiful views. Exit to the right to the terrace bar, plenty of seating available and the views were incredible of the city, and the bay. The bar offered full service. The menu offered nibbles. Open until 11:00pm, the night came alive with activity below, and a beautiful vista with our group swelling from 4-16 all evening long. We enjoyed Gin and tonics , others had beer, wine. I heard that the mojitos were not the best. . Too cool , you can reach the lower street level using the elevator to -0 exit and you will find an unassuming door that takes you to the street, where the city is walkable. Coming back to the hotel where we exited earlier requires a code which we did not ask for prior to departure. We pressed the call button and were buzzed in, We dined in the hotel restaurant one evening and enjoyed a 4 cheese pizza, lightly dressed salad and a warm gazpacho soup which was tasty. Great experience at this hotel arranged by Amawaterways, as part of our pre-package.
