“Wonderful views”
We went there in June 2025 actually. It was perfect. Amazing views of the bay, as we got a room with a view. The room was ok in size. The bed was comfortable. Close to the beach and in walking distance to all the areas to see and restaurants. We'd stay there again.

“Great hotel in an excellent location with wonderful reception staf”
The reception staff were really helpful and our room had a lovely view over the main beach of San Sebastián. 3 or 4 minutes walk to the old town. “Poor”
Sadly disappointed with our 2 night stay. We have stayed in numerous Meliá/ Meliá affiliated hotels and have found the standards to be high, a good 4 star rating. This hotel falls far short of that. We had a Junior Suite and the room was quite dated. The Hotel has no kerb appeal. Bathroom/windows in room had black mould. Room got chilly and radiator didn't work.
