“Wonderful and hotel”
Easy directions, thanks to video! The staff is top notch, fast and courteous. The rooms are very nice, comfortable bed, we had a view of water and was amazing. Great breakfast. Rooftop bar is a must in the evening. Location is perfect, on water and close to all activities and food.

“Worth the Stay!”
If you are planning a trip to San Sebastian look no further than Lasala Plaza Hotel. This was one of the best places I have stayed in. Location, Service and Elegance is all there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place only good things!

“Absolute Gem”
The hotel location is perfect. The staff are amazing and the rooms are well designed and spotless. Lovely plunge pool/ bar area on the roof I would definitely recommend and will stay here again

“Overpriced”
As pleasant as always, but the huge price hike since the renovatoin, which has done nothing more than re-organise the public spaces, means that we will not be returning until the prices return to sensible levels.
