“Short stay”
Stayed here for 3 nights. Good sized room with a view over the river. Tea/coffee facilities provided. Staff were very helpful. Building has a lift and rooms have air con. Room service came each day. Bathroom was clean and modern. Overall a great place to stay. 5 minute walk from the bus station

“Good location for a no thrills room”

“What was needed. ”
We stayed 4 nights in a family room and found the pensions location great for Donostia. The appearance was modern and clean and was well serviced. “rather soulless”
It's not really a "pension", rather an apartment hotel. I spent one night there and didn't see a single person. There is no reception. Instead, there is a self-service check-in console in the wall on the street: here I had to get my passport and credit card out to enter details before getting insid… more
