Location: The hotel is situated in the revitalised Zaramaga neighbourhood, beside the El Boulevard shopping centre and near Gamarra-Betoño industrial park. It is possible to get to the old town on a 15-minute walk. There is a tourist information centre in the town as well as many sites of interest, including a cathedral and a museum of contemporary art. There are many bus stops about 100 metres from the hotel. There is a Renfe train about 2 km away.
Meals: Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate area for smokers. Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety.

“20 minutes on foot from the old town”
The hotel sits in a painfully dull area — but don’t let that put you off. Parking is free on site, so it’s easy to leave the car and use your comfortable room as a base for exploring the Basque capital. “Do not expect Kitchen”
Nice hotel with reasonable price. But receptionist was not professional and not enough staffs. She olny focused on the phone regardless guest were waiting to check in. I reserved Junior Suite room because it had kitchen, but, it was just kitchen like for only egg frying for two??? Way not enough ut… more

“Restaurant lottery”
Typical efficient business hotel. A little tired in places (chipped paint, damaged flooring). Just watch the restaurant opening times. It’s only open Monday to Thursday which is not made in clear in some of the online booking sites I.e Booking.com

“Pleasant”
The family rooms are spacious, secure hotel parking. Receptionist on duty super friendly. Amazing buffet breakfast. There is a Petrol station and a shopping centre (Eroski) right at your door, and many other shops and restaurants to eat at.
