“Value stop”
Some rooms can be quite loud. "Pillow" unusable. Drink more wine? Breakfast was adequate, good coffee. Staff a bit elusive, as the bar staff also cover the front desk most the day. Overall, in line with price paid.

“Pick your room carefully”
The hotel and room was very good unfortunately we were immediately above the bar area which did not close until after midnight. There was also a problem with the boiler and so there was no hot water.
