“Travelling south”
90 mins from Santander, 20 km from the motorway. Worth a mountain stop for the views and food. Don’t miss the picnic facilities on the lake shoe, a short drive away

Whilst the views and walks from the Parador are stunning take a little time out to explore the historic centre of Cervera de Pisuerga

“Great views!”
Location is superb. Hotel bedrooms seem largely good and great balcony. But surprising lack of air con. Bathrooms definitely need an upgrade/refurbishment. Restaurant dinner was good. Surprisingly, hotel ran out of eggs one morning but overall, breakfast was good.
