The staff were all very helpful and kind our room and bathroom had just been upgraded it was very clean and comfortable The position of the hotel was great everything was within walking distance A special thanks to the receptionist who was so kind

The hotel is old as so the equipment. The staff is nice. Great location near the all touristic sites in Salamanca. It doesn't have parking spaces. The breakfast is average. The lobby is too small. 3 stars
