The hotel is well situated if arriving on public transport with the bus stop to the historic centre outside the hotel – because the hotel is at the base of the historic centre. Fantastic location with our room overlooking the Acueducto with jaw dropping views, the staff at this hotel are lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us, we were unhappy with room 410 as all you could hear was the lift so we moved to 217 and it was a much quieter situation. “Decent Stay”
Excellent location & close to everything like Plaza Mayor. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was ok but a bit below expectations. I expected a higher level of breakfast for a 4-star hotel. Also no coffee & tea arrangement in room, that was surprising as well.
