“Nice hotel near central plaza”
We enjoyed our stay here. All the people we talked to at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. They gave us many tips about where to go and what to see. “Great hotel and spa”
Nice friendly hotel with historic spa staff were very friendly and hotel has a fantastic location close to plaza mayor,cathedral and roman aqueduct surrounded by plentiful nearby shops and good restaurants and bars.Very reasonable rates as well we booked extra nights as enjoyed so much

“Great location”
Situated just off the main square, but still quiet. A great base for Segovia, with the cathedral and plenty of restaurants nearby. A nice old building with friendly staff. Wifi was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was hearty. I didn’t use the spa.

“Very pleasant”
Average hotel, with an excellent central location just off main plaza. Reasonable room, but located near the lift, so a little noisy. We paid extra for breakfast, which was alright, but expensive for what we had. Friendly and helpful front desk.
