This apartment was PERFECT. Highly recommend this for anyone. It was VERY clean and in a perfect location. The area was Grácia and this was perfect location for non-tourist things, lots of shops bars and restaurants close by. Really recommend the apartment. There’s also a lift available too. The host Jordi was friendly and gave good information of restaurants and bars.

“Apartment Seneca Green”

We recently stayed here for 4 nights with friends. The apartment was very spacious and clean on arrival. We were advised that check in wasn't until the afternoon, but when we got there we were able to check in early. It had everything that you would expect (apart from a kettle!). Location is good and its easy to get out to explore the city. The chap in reception was good at giving tips on places to visit too. It seemed a secure location with CCTV and electronic key locks on the door. We also had a safe in the apartment which you set to your own security code, which gave peace of mind. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the maid service. We paid to have the service, however at no point during our stay did I see a maid or any evidence that one had been in our apartment. As it is an apartment, you are very much left to your own devices. Reception isn't manned all the time, so keep the phone number handy in case you need to get in touch with them. WiFi signal was good, dipped a bit in the afternoons but most of the time we all received full signal. All in all the apartment was great... We would use them again. Had a fantastic relaxing holiday in a beautiful city! :) The neighbours on the other hand were not so great, unfortunately we were landed with very noisy people next to us and above which on some nights was very hard to ignore. The flat above seemed to enjoy moving furniture all hours (or that's what it sounded like) and the apartment next to us were just loud! Not the apartments fault, as they can't control the people, however it did make sleep a little difficult, so be prepared just in case you get noisy neighbours!

“Great apartment and location - service not so great”

We stayed for 2 weeks in the Green Apartment. It's a great spacious apartment with nicely equipped kitchen , large bathroom and modern furniture. Bed was just ok in terms of comfort but adequate. At checkin they initially told me the apartment wouldn't be ready till 4pm but once I showed the email that it would be available at 10 a.m. it somehow was ready. The major complaint was the internet which was both intermittent and slow - I emailed them about it during our stay and sent a screen shot of the dismally low upload speeds which made it difficult to do work, let alone uploading pics to social media. The other service complaint is that despite their website stating there would be housekeeping once during each visit, no one showed up during the 2 weeks we were there. Unfortunately the elevator broke on the last day we were there and despite the manager telling us a technician would fix it, we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs the following morning. Given the space and location we would stay again but encourage management to upgrade their internet and address the lapse of housekeeping during guests' stays.
