Just came back from six nights at the hotel. Two bedroom one bath, was not luxury but was everything we needed. Was way better then two queen beds in one room. Had a small kitchen and small living room. We arrived early morning on a Saturday and he was able to get us into the room early, which gave us almost a whole day to explore. When we first arrived he sat us down and showed a map of the city how to get to the metro what metro passes to buy and recommended destinations. Our water heater did break but how they handled it was phenomenal they gave us a room to shower and had it fixed within 24 hours also giving us a bottle of wine and a bowl of cherries as an apology was a nice touch. Location was only a short walk to the beach and to the metro. Apartment was on the main street with a lot to do. Most evenings the noise in the street did not bother us and it was quiet by midnight. Would not hesitate recommending this facility to family and friends.

“Great base for Barcelona ”

Stayed 4 nights at the front end of our trip. Great space, easy access. Parking available. Walk to subway, walk to beach. Lively street at night but noise was not perceptible. Had a great time and cozy stay

A perfect stay in this two bedroom 1 bathroom 1 kitchen 1 dinning / sitting room, 1 long balcony accessible from the sitting room and main bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped, including even a dishwasher. Very comfortable sitting room / dining room. Great location in a street with many bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, health shops, etc., and about ½ hour (approximately) from the centre of Barcelona, Sagrada Familia. Also 5 minutes’ walk from the beach front. The main bedroom was very comfortable, with a double bed. Perhaps a little bit noisy. The second bedroom had twin beds, not as comfortable as the main bedroom but perfect for children. Plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms The bathroom is shared & in between both bedrooms, i.e. 2 rooms from the bathroom, one to the master-bedroom and one to the twin bedroom. Very pleasant sitting in the balcony looking at what is going on in the street. Perfect for families with children that are unable to go out at night. Just pop into the shop for whatever you need and enjoy the balcony. The office / assistance is within the building and are very helpful. Parking is standard at £20 per 24 hour day. We visited during February half term 2017.
