As in other countries, hotel rates in urban areas are significantly higher compared to those in rural areas, and Barcelona was no exception. The hotel is located in a dark side street and it provides good soundproofing from the busy street. Relatively close to the metro and a couple of small shops where you can buy what you need. Staff helpfulness level 2/10, because probably the only thing the staff is interested in is non-stop smoking… more
