“Nice location”
The hotel bedrooms could be more updated, the spa is fairly good although is too dark and breakfast is ok (the "sweet" part like croissants, muffins, donoughs, etc should be improved - they were cold and hard to bite). The location, next to the river, was appreciated.

“Nothing special”
The room was clean with a comfortable bed and okay bathroom. Whilst it was relatively cheap and okay for one night, it did not feel 4 star. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Cannot comment on the location as we were only using it as a one night stopover.

Stayed 3 nights and thought the hotel was below our expectations. Rooms are small as was the bathroom. Lots of chips in the bath and surrounding tiles.
