“Nice but could be nicer”
This is a five-star hotel and the best one I stayed in on my trip, but definitely not the best five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. It again comes down to the same thing: maintenance. Staff at reception were helpful and parking easy to access and direct hotel access. Room was nice but over perfumed plus a little dusty and the curtains needed retiring. “Lovely hotel but…”
…the air conditioning didn’t work in the room. It was so hot we had to open the window where we could hear everyone leaving the Casino in the early hours of the morning.
