“Where's the hot water?”
Although the hotel is located next to a natural hot spring, they do not seem to take advantage of it at least with respect to the pool. The pool is at best 34 degrees . And there is only one pool. They could at least have had a small hot soaking pool as well. This seems to be a problem at many … more
