The location of the hotel isn’t great because it is a long way out of the city in a mainly industrial area so there are t many restaurants around there. The staff were friendly and the lobby was spacious. The breakfast was exceptional. However, the rooms need better soundproofing. The dining/bar area is devoid of life and is an extremely boring area to eat or drink. More like a cafeteria. The place was spotless with water in the room on arrival

Si estas planeando pasar la mayor parte del tiempo en el casco viejo de Santiago de Compostela, este hotel no es alternativa a menos que estes viajando por auto. El hotel es muy amplio en todas sus instalaciones incluyendo los cuartos, el desayuno es basto aunque el salón es un poco frío. El personal es parco pero muy atento. If you are planning to spend most of your vacatio time in Santiago de Compostela downtown, this hotel is not an alternative unless you are traveling by car. The hotel is very spacious in all its facilities including the rooms, the breakfast is good although the restaurabt is a little bit cold. The staff is sparse but very attentive.

“Good hotel close to congress center”

We were placed here overnight by our airline due to a flight cancellation. The hotel is conveniently located 15min from the airport, at the congress center. We were placed here overnight by our airline due to a flight cancellation. The hotel is conveniently located 15min from the airport, at the congress center. Looking at the rates on different booking engines it seems like a good value. Rooms are large, clean and well maintained. While the breakfast restaurant is a bit cold (and huge), it offers everything needed. Special mention to the receptionist who was super friendly and professional when all the layover guests showed up and he was all by himself on a Sunday late evening.

Super easy access off the motorway and in the carpark within a minute, this hotel is solid. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Everything maintained to a high standard. Good breakfast. I really liked this hotel as the access on and off the freeway was so easy. I had a large SUV and i am not used to negotiating the narrower streets in many Spanish towns. Carparking was free and i preferred the lower level ( first gate from exit of roundabout ) as it was easier to walk through into the lift and up to reception or direct to room. A bit of motorway noise but not enough to bother me ( might bother some )as the bed and linen so comfortable. I found the walk into old town quite fun, joining in with many pilgrims. ( about 1.8k each way) Took the car to shopping centres though! There is a local shopping strip with restaurants etc. I will be back.

“Modern, middle of the road hotel that worked well for us”

This is a hotel for the masses. Modern, but nothing fancy and no great attempt at design. Utilitarian. And that's ok. This is a hotel for the masses. Modern, but nothing fancy and no great attempt at design. Utilitarian. And that's ok. It works and worked well for us at an extremely reasonable price for what we got - a fairly big room that was comfortable and everything worked well. The staff was helpful and responded with dispatch with our requests. Breakfast, which was included in the basic rate, was actually good and had a reasonable variety of foods of decent quality. Was it gourmet? No, few hotels are. But it was better than some we had to pay for on top of the room rate. The location was away from the main area. We decided to get a taxi, instead of driving to the historic area, as we were afraid we would cross into a restricted area and have to pay a fine. Besides, parking and gas at $6-$7 per gallon would have cost us more than taking the taxi. So why bother? The somewhat isolated location was also good as there was very little external noise to contend with. In short, we got a hotel experience with no problems and decent comfort and included breakfast for a modest price. What's not to like? I'd go back. In a minute.
