Arrived late and was met by a lovely guy who gave us our keys. Room basic canarian style but had everything in the room you could need for a self catering holiday oven, microwave, fridge freezer, brush mop and bucket and a selection of cleaning products( needed as you do your own cleaning and rubbish removal. Never saw anybody at reception in over a week howevever didn’t need them. The apartments seem to have a lot of permanent residents living there one in particular who makes you feel that you are in her pool patrolling asking everyone questions commenting loudly when children jumped in the pool. The worst thing about this hotel for me was the steps up from the shopping centre, bars restaurants and beach. If your not particularly healthy like me be prepared to collapse on the bed with exhaustion by the time you reach the apartment that has a lovely little hill and more steps to get into the building just when you thought you’d made it!
