We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and were very happy except for the lack of WiFi. We were greeted at the apartments and our host was very helpful with details of local attractions and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms were small but fit for purpose and the lounge and dinning room were good. What we were disappointed by was the non existent WiFi, as we had to meet a friend so had to buy a service to contact her whilst we were in Granada. What is great about the apartment is the location and the proximity to everything you could need from a taxi to a supermarket to restaurants. I would stay again and hopefully they have fixed the WiFi.

We stayed at casa de la Alberca for 3 nights. We had a very comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable, the location is great and kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. We stayed at casa de la Alberca for 3 nights. We had a very comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable, the location is great and kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. We arrived after hours and they made sure to guide us on how to get the key. Christa was very helpful and she gave us great tips. We bought flamenco tickets from here too. Highly recommended. Go out and explore the beautiful neighborhood. The restaurant Terra is great! Bus is right around the corner for Alhambra. We will stay here again.

“What a nice surprise!”

My daughter booked this apartment for her family and invited my wife and I to stay with them. At the beginning we were a little skeptic, but we gave in and said: OK. The apartment is located on a narrow street, just minutes away from the heart of Granada. There are many nice bars and restaurants on the way to it. We were travelling with two cars, but my son in law had a problem with the car and arrived several hoursafter my wife and I. I called the office and and nevertheless, a very cordial person went to meet us and gave us the key,. Hours later he came back and did the paperwork with her. One important thing...he took the license plate's numbers just in case we had gone through a restricted area to reach the apartment. Ah! there's a nice parking place less than two blocks away. The apartmet was on the ground floor, next to a courtyard. It was very nice indeed, clean, fully equipped and with a nice bathroom. The kitchen was small but with all the gadgets. Though we only spent two nights there, it's a place much more convenient for people staying longer. Antway, we enjoyed the place a lot. Good choice. Thumbs up for my daughter who chose this place!

Booking was easy, with good information regarding parking. We parked readily at a lot at 63 Calle Molinos. Reception was great, with excellent communication beforehand. The apartment is very well located and close to both the center of downtown and the Alhambra. It's well served by local buses. The apartments have an elevator. The 2 bedroom apartment was roomy and comfortable, but with some shortcomings. The shower unfortunately didn't work and couldn't be fixed during our weekend stay. Also the TV couldn't display channels for some reason. The kitchen is very small, but well equipped. The refrigerator is wedged into one end of the small galley kitchen, though, and directly in front of the small sink; you can only use the sink while standing offset to it. Also the electrics are on a key switch - everything is off when you are out, so don't expect your electronics to be charged when you return in the evening. The air conditioning shuts itself off at 10:00 pm. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and a drying rack stored in a closet. The main bedroom is very roomy with three single beds. The second bedroom is smaller, with two singles. The living room has two couches which are a bit hard, and a TV, and a pretty small table with 4 chairs for eating. The WiFi worked fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Casa very much even though we couldn't shower. We recommend it to others - but you might ask about all the amenities working beforehand.
