“Outstanding customer service”
The customer service of this hotel is outstanding. I arrived and they called me as soon as I got off the plane to organise the shuttle bus to collect me. They dropped me to my meeting point the following day and nothing was too small for them. The hotel rooms are a little outdated and need sprucing… more

“A nice hotel.”
I spent two weeks at this hotel and it’s quite good. The breakfast is also acceptable. The problem is that it’s a bit far from the city of Madrid, but there’s not much that can be done about that.
