The hotel was very convenient to the airport and very near Center Comerciale 'Plaza Norte". Also can take bus 827 or 828 to and from airport. Business hotel not too far from the airport. Quite smart, rooms in good condition (some of them are set up interestingly - bed faces large picture window). “Shower FAIL”
Shower head fell off as soon as we turned the tap on- had obviously snapped off previously . The room should not have been rented out with an unusable shower in hot Madrid .so we need to move from a twin room to a double - we’re not a couple so less than ideal

This is a 4 star hotel... on paper. There is NO open bar or restaurant in the hotel on weekends. It is literally impossible to even get a coffee in a weekend.
