“Excellent stay, convenient location”
We arrived much earlier than expected and were so grateful to be allowed to check in early. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. “Great service, great stay”
The employees were great and their service was excellent. The bed was the best of our trip, it was our last night in Madrid and we slept great. The staff were exceptional. Location is very good. The room had a great view. We were a 7 people staying and it was great.

“Good service and amenities”
the staff was friendly, the room was clean and kept clean every day, the breakfast was fine. The room had a bath/shower combo which wasn't ideal for me but could be for a smaller person!
