“Bit far from the city but nice”
My dad booked this place for us with his free points and it was great. It was a bit far out from the city but it was easy to go on the train. “A very welcoming hotel”
The staff is great and the hotel is very comfortable. This is a great place to stay If you need to be near Madrid, but don't want to stay in the city. I've been in many expensive and inexpensive hotels and I've never felt more comfortable.

“Very Nice”
Very nice hotel, went for the Madrid open tennis so location was excellent. Staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. Had breakfast and dinner, both very good. Room slightly tired but very comfortable. Really nice atmosphere, very relaxed and comfortable
