“Enjoyable stay”
The reception staff here are fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. My room was nice. There is a shopping centre next door to it which is very convenient and the train station is close by.

I'd like to mentioned the hospitality and the care for the guests.The treatment was for 5 stars hotel. Yes there is a 4 stars but the peoples make the difference. GOOD job Team LCB Fuenlabrada. I am sure for my next trips you are on first option.

“Perfect location and experience”
Staff was really helpful and friendly, the room is as shown in the pictures and is spotless. The location is very centric, close to the train station that connect you with Madrid city centre and themost iconic monuments and museums

This hotel is not bad when compared with the price paid. Clean, fairly new, staff okay. Location is a little off. Roughly 45 min away from downtown. All non smoking. And no balcony.
