“Budget, nice, good”
We booked a standard room via booking.com. Location is fine, but outside of Madrid. Easy to commute by train, station is close. Parking ok. “Friendly staff, nice size room but....”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately it was absolutely hot and when I asked was told that as it was not longer summer the air-con didn't cool but only heat so with an unusual weather it was that pleasant.

I chose this hotel based on reviews, and photos from the internet but when I arrived with my two children for the week, I was disappointed. The room was very small for 3 people and had no fridge, but the staff here are excellent and I managed to change rooms to a slightly bigger one with a kitchene… more
