“Great staff and wonderful location!”
Stayed at the Torre de Barcelo and had a fantastic stay. The location was so convenient and the staff is warm and welcoming. A terrific stay and experience. Highly recommend.

“One night only”
Exceptional Hotel at a heart of the city. Very good and extremely kind staff, excellent location. The whole Hotel is so clean, good smell around and the breakfast was a very high standard. This was only one night, but next time in Madrid I would pick this again.

We stayed three nights. Beautiful five stars hotel with great staff, great food and great location. I highly recommend it. Is on Gran Via corner with Plaza de España.

“Nice stay in Madrid, Central Location”
Good stay at the Barcelo. Great central location within walking distance to lots of things Madrid has to offer. Well-connected to transit. Pool/sauna was nice, provided screaming kids were not present. Overall service could be improved with more enthusiastic staff at check-in and more attention… more
